Q. How long does the park open?
A. The park is open 52 weeks a year with no restriction of stay for owners, family & friends.
Please note - the lodges are classed as second homes, as such we will require a primary address either in the U.K. or abroad.
Q. How long can I keep my lodge on site?
A. Age limit for lodges is 99 years depending on condition.
Q. What are the site fees?
A. The fees for 2008 are £2600. This includes all landscaping, water, sewage, rubbish collection, lighting and security. Also, all timber lodge exteriors will be re-stained when necessary.
Q. What services are provided on site?
A. Metered L.P.G. & Electricity, B.T. Broadband and HD Sky and digital connection to all lodges.
Q. Do I have a choice of lodges?
A. As long as they are built to Bs3632 and Gold Sheild Approved, Yes.
Q. What facilities are on site?
A. Fishing, Walking, Sailing, Nature Trails, see activities in local area.
Q. Can I rent my lodge out?
A. No. Lodges are for family and friends only.
