  • How much do your lodges cost?

    The prices of our lodges vary according to their age and specifications.

  • How long does it take to manufacture a new, bespoke lodge?

    We can usually supply and install new lodges within three months, depending on the specifics of your order.


    We will keep you informed on progress throughout the process, so that you know exactly what to expect at all times.

  • What is the process for ordering a new lodge?

    It all starts with a conversation – just contact us to talk through your requirements and we’ll go out of our way to turn your holiday lodge vision into reality.


    We source lodges from Omar, which is one of the most renowned manufacturers in the UK. If you decide that a purpose-built holiday home is right for your needs, we arrange for you to attend a design visit to their Hull-based factory, where you will be able to choose everything from the style of the kitchen to the colour of the carpets and curtains and whether you would like a roof terrace.


    Then, we will hand-hold you through the entire process, eventually landscaping your dedicated pitch for you and installing the lodge with all white goods and other fixtures and fittings, so that it is ready and waiting for you to enjoy from day one.

  • Do you have lodges ready to buy if I don’t want to wait?

    Yes, we always have a range of stunning new and pre-loved lodges available to purchase straightaway, and our selection of showrooms will give you a hands-on feel for what the holiday home experience is all about before you buy.

  • Can I live on the park all year round?

    Our site is open 52 weeks of each year and so lodge owners are welcome to stay and enjoy the delights of Heron Lakes whenever they wish.

  • Are bedding and towels provided in your rentals?

    Yes, we provide all bedding and towels

  • Do you allow pets and, if so which type?

    A selection of our lodges are pet-friendly. The most common pets we accommodate are dogs, but we will consider other types on request.

  • Do your properties offer parking?

    All our properties offer ample parking close by for at least two vehicles.

  • Are your properties suitable for people with disabilities?

    Some of our rental properties are accessible, with no steps up to them, walk-in washing facilities and amenities all on one level. If you have specific needs in terms of mobility and access, please just give us a call prior to booking and we will do our utmost to find you the right property.

  • Do you provide irons and ironing boards?

    Yes, our properties feature ironing boards, irons and hairdryers.

  • Can you provide additional beds for children/other guests?

    Yes, we are happy to provide put-up beds for children travelling with you, subject to space for safety reasons. Please just give us a call prior to booking to discuss your specific needs.

  • Does your park cater for families?
