The Bolt Hole is in an enviable position offering privacy and seclusion.  At the end of a row of three lodges with a wood to the rear with parking for 2 to 3 cars.

Entry is via an entrance hall / utility room leading into the dining kitchen and living room.  The dining area has seating for four people with views to the lake and the wood to the rear.

The spacious lounge has both a two and three seater sofa, providing plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. With a 55” smart TV, a feature flame fireplace and double doors on either side, opening directly onto the terrace.  The adjacent open plan kitchen benefits from an American style fridge/freezer and halogen hob with electric oven, together with centre island doubling as a breakfast bar.

The Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, a 43” smart TV, dressing table and double wardrobe, it has everything you need for a restful nights sleep.  Waking up to wonderful views of the lake from the wall to wall windows and direct access to the terrace from the double doors, making it the perfect place for enjoying morning coffee.

The second bedroom has amazing views of the lake, with direct access to the terrace via the double doors.  It hosts a large double wardrobe with integral drawers and access via a hall to the second bathroom with a full size bath and shower over.

Well behaved dogs are most welcome (with some minor conditions) and we look forward to welcoming you to this wonderful new holiday home.
